Clean Water and Sanitation
Lack of access to clean water and sanitation facilities
increases the threat of waterborne diseases like cholera,
urinary schistosomiasis, and typhoid.
Rural communities in Cameroon practices open defecation
leading to the high disease propagation rates in
rural communities.
Climate change is reducing access to water supplies
exacerbating this further.
Our Solution:
Reducing infections of water-borne diseases by
constructing and modernising water infrastructure.
Minimise disease propagation by educating communities on best practises.
Improve health care for adolescent girls by providing
sanitary products, training to adolescent girls and
community awareness to reduce stigma.
